Our hiring process is focused on getting the right talent on board with us and we love to give them a platform to grow. It is usually conducted through the following processes.
Elitmus is India’s largest fresher assessment and recruitment company. A pH test or Hiring Potential Test (consisting of quantitative, verbal and reasoning sections) is conducted through ELitmus and this test is a criterion for InSync to hire employees.
Based on their scores, we shortlist candidates and ask them to come to us for group discussion and interview.
We conduct coding camps under our initiative- CAMPUSeCONNECT, through which we interact with students from various educational institutions. We evaluate and select the bright students from these camps and take them through the next stages of recruitment.
The coding camp is designed to assess the students through three levels of coding tests and the participants who clear the final level are selected for a job offer from InSync.
