APPSeCONNECT, the iPaaS solution has been spun off and is now owned by APPSeCONNECT Corp., with its physical office at 7876 Buffaloberry Rd, Frisco, Texas, 75035, United States.
In India, we are operating through the Indian Subsidiary, APPSeCONNECT Automation Private Limited situated at DGK 912, DLF Galleria, Action Area 1B, NewTown, West Bengal- 700156.
What is new?
- Our Legal identity: Our legal entity was InSync Tech-Fin Solutions Limited, an Indian Company and now it is APPSeCONNECT Corp., a Delaware C Corporation.
- A new Co-founder: The company has appointed a new Co-founder – Mr. Shailendu Verma who is based in Texas.
What remains the same?
- Our CEO: Mr. Atul Gupta who has been the CEO of InSync, is now operating as the Co-Founder and CEO of APPSeCONNECT.
- Our Leadership: The Vice Presidents of all Departments at InSync have transitioned to APPSeCONNECT and are constituting the Leadership Team. They are currently responsible for taking all major business decisions and withholding the organizational structure.
- Our workforce: The same people who’ve worked and interacted with the customers, partners and associates.
- Our practices in terms of Security and Compliance: We still follow the same levels of security practices as we did at InSync, with the added Compliances that apply to us now.
