Magento Meet-up Hyderabad was held on 23rd May, 2015 at Vatika Business Centre. Previously, we organized successful meet-ups in Delhi and Bangalore and were extremely happy with the over whelming response for the Hyderabad event.
The idea behind the InMagento events is to bring eCommerce merchants, service providers, developers and freelancers, to discover new ideas and collaborate with like-minded people for discussing the scope in eCommerce in India.
The Hyderabad event started off with a presentation on the history and evolution of eCommerce where B2B and B2C strategies and advantages were discussed.
It was followed by a video of Roy Rubin, ex Magento co-founder and CEO, where he spoke about Magento and gave a brief about the Meet Magento conferences.
An interactive quiz session was held in order to interact with the Magento enthusiasts. The people present in the meet up also shared their knowledge and ideas about Magento and Ecommerce. The event ended with networking hi-tea, when the attendees got to interact with like-minded people and make valuable professional connections.
Our next meet-up is scheduled on 13th June in Mumbai.
The main reason for these small meet ups being held all over India is to build a strong Magento community and to bring international events like Meet Magento in India.
