  • Order and invoice history : Showing sales order, invoice and delivery history to each contact person of an organization through Magento eCommerce website.

  • Volume and period discounts : SAP Business One quantity level and period discounts will be mapped with Magento special and tier pricing, offering quantity level and special periodic discounted price in Magento powered through SAP Business One.

  • Partial shipments and invoice : Partial deliveries and invoices recorded in SAP Business One will be synced to Magento as partial shipments and partial web invoices.

  • User level and order approval : Multiple level of users can be created in Magento organization wise, pricing of products, orders, and invoices can be made as hidden from general users while it will be shown to financial ,managers of an organization. A web order approval mechanism logic can be defined where an order can pass through one or multiple approves before syncing to SAP Business One for further processing.

Store credit can be used as a payment option until the order total is less than available credit. Each Order placed through store credit in Magento will update B.P credit limit in SAP Business One.

  • Return management authorization (RMA) : Each business has its own sales return policy. But as a default feature of Magento sales return will generate credit note in Magento, this credit note will sync back to SAP Business One and create A/R Credit Memo as well as Cancels the already placed Sales Order in SAP Business One.

  • Scheduled import/export functionality : Bulk product price updates and stock updates which often happen in SAP Business One ERP system, can be scheduled to be updated in a particular time for the day, for an example stock update can be set to happen 1 AM each day at the time of non business hours.

Prestashop and SAP Business One Connection Features

eBay and SAP Business One Connection Features
  • Customer synchronization : eBay has a million of users registered and as this is a marketplace, no separate store is available for different merchants. So following the basic rules, when a registered user purchases an item in eBay, the user details with their primary address and shipping address will be synced back to SAP Business One B.P master data. If user addresses or other contact information is updated in next purchase, those updates will also sync back to SAP Business One.

  • Order synchronization : Sales orders placed in eBay will sync back to SAP B1 as ERP sales orders. Active as well as completed, both sales orders can be downloaded to SAP Business One through APPSeCONNECT eBay-SAP B1 integration connector. As eBay supports bidding, so the item price differences will be shown as a discount in SAP Business One sales order (base price-discount = bidding price accepted at purchase).

  • Inventory updates : SAP Business One inventory updates will be straight away updated in eBay product listing of the seller account. Inventories can be set for all Warehouses as a combined inventory, or you can set a particular warehouse for shopping through eBay Marketplace.

  • Item synchronization : SAP Business One Item Groups can be mapped with ebay Product Categories, thereby facilitating the feature of  listing products in ebay Marketplace directly from the backoffice ERP system. Products would be listed at fixed price.

  • Shipment synchronization : SAP Business One deliveries will be synced back to ebay and will be added as Shipment information. The Shipment infomration  added from SAP will update the order status in ebay and the customer will get a notification from ebay regarding the shipment update.

Bigcommerce and SAP Business One Connection Features
  • Customer Synchronization : New Customer registered in BigCommerce Shopping Cart will be synced to SAP Business One as a new business partner. Shipping Address defined in BigCommerce will also be synced to SAP B1 B.P Master Data in addresses tab.

  • Product synchronization : New Products which are created and existing products can be synced in both direction. BigCommerce SKU and SAP Business One item code is mapped for the data sync process.

  • Stock synchronization : As purchase and production cycle is only associated with ERP, so stock updated through these valid business cycles within ERP system will be synced to BigCommerce and update the web inventory. Any of the below variation can be synced:
    • In Stock-Committed
    • In Stock
    • In Stock- Committed + Ordered

  • Order synchronization : Web Orders placed in BigCommerce will be downloaded to SAP Business One as active sales order; tax, discount calculated in web order will also be mentioned within the ERP Sales Order.

  • Shipment synchronization : Delivery created in SAP Business One against web order, will be synced to BigCommerce and will add new shipment. This will also mention shipment tracking id which is entered in ERP within BigCommerce and change the web order status as well.

Shopify and SAP B1 Integration Features
  • Product synchronization : New products created in Shopify will be downloaded in item master of SAP Business One. Existing products which has definition in both SAP Business One and Shopify will be mapped properly. And SAP Business One item masters/article master entries can be uploaded to Shopify and can be enlisted within the eCommerce product category.

  • Stock synchronization : Product Stock will be synced from SAP Business One to Shopify, you have option to choose multiple variants of the combination:
    • In Stock-Committed
    • In Stock
    • In Stock- Committed + Ordered
    As well as you will have option to choose Warehouse/s quantity to be shown in Shopify eCommerce Store.

  • Order synchronization : All web orders will be downloaded from Shopify to SAP Business One as sales order/sales order Draft. Web order id, payment method and all other web order information will be mentioned in SAP Business One sales order. eCommerce Discounts will also be mentioned in the discount field of SAP Business One sales order. Proper tax and shipping charges will be calculated based on APPSeCONNECT dynamic value mapping feature.

  • Payment information synchronization : Sync of online payment information as incoming payment within SAP Business One along with the sales order.

  • Shipment synchronization : SAP Business One Delivery can be uploaded to Shopify along with the shipment tracking number entered manually or generated through some Payment Processing Add-On in SAP Business One.

Amazon and SAP B1 Integration features
  • Customer Synchronization :
    • Amazon Customer Information will sync from Amazon to SAP B1 in B.P Master Data along with the order information
    • Only the Customers purchasing from corresponding seller account product list will be added to SAP B1

  • Order synchronization :
    • Sync of Amazon Orders to SAP B1 as Sales Order
    • Accurate tax, shipping charges, discounts of discount coupons, bidding prices shown as discount, in SAP B1 sales order to provide accurate Order Total

  • Item synchronization :
    • Sync of ERP finished goods/surplus products/surplus stock to amazon
    • ERP Item Groups will be mapped with Amazon product categories
    • Product Listing in Amazon based on fixed price method

  • Stock synchronization :
    • ERP Stock Updates will update Amazon product inventory
    • Ability to choose one or multiple warehouse’s quantity to be synced to marketplace
    • Ability to choose any combination of InStock-Committed+Ordered identifiers for your Amazon product inventory

  • Shipment synchronization :
    • ERP Deliveries will be synced back to Amazon and will be added as a shipment information
    • Order Status Update in Amazon and Customer Notification regarding the shipment update from Amazon based on Delivery in SAP B1

Salesforce and SAP B1 Integration Features
  • Customer Synchronization :
    Leads entered in CRM system by the corresponding sales rep will be synced back to SAP Business One B.P master data as leads. When leads are qualified in CRM and converted into accounts and contacts, the corresponding lead in SAP Business One B.P master data will be updated as Customer and the CRM contact will be added as contact person in B.P master data.

    Similarly SAP Business One B.P Customer and Contacts can be uploaded to CRM system and it will create new Account and Contacts.

  • Item synchronization :
    APPseCONNECT allows ERP user to selectively upload SAP Business One item master/article master to Salesforce CRM. One price list of SAP will be mapped as the Standard Price of CRM system. And the additional Price Lists can be mapped with Price Books defined within Salesforce. So when an Item is synced from SAP Business One to Salesforce, One Standard Price and multiple other price book’s price will also be synced back to CRM. Price books are generally assigned to different customer groups to offer discounted price to Resellers/Wholesaler.

  • Order synchronization :
    APPSeCONNECT Salesforce and SAP Business One Integration allows to sync CRM order/opportunity into SAP Business One ERP system as sales order. Items selected, discounts (if any), billing and shipping address selected/entered at the time of Order will also be synced back to SAP Business One ERP system. According to business need, the integration can also be configured to sync opportunity created in Salesforce CRM to SAP Business One ERP system as a Sales Order for further order processing.
